“I’m Fine”
At the American Burning Man festival, Ukrainians presented an installation made of road signs pierced by Russian shells. They made the phrase “I’m Fine”.
Project initiator Vitalii Deynega said that the installation includes signs for pedestrian crossing, “Beware of children”, as well as parts of a shopping mall from Kherson and road signs with the names of cities.
“From a distance, these are just beautiful and bright, almost toy-like letters. But when you get closer to them, you see that they are covered with elements of surfaces that have been damaged by Russian missiles, shells and bullets. People stand and watch. The braver ones touch the sharp edges. Many are crying. It seems our idea worked,” Vitaliy wrote.
