The project represents IP telephony, Private Branch Exchange (PBX), and a voice answering machine (IVR). This is the system that helps manage incoming calls, with the ability to be integrated with the customer management system (CRM) Salesforce. Taking into consideration the client’s wishes, we created a user-friendly site interface from the point of view of UX - intuitively clear to the user, with noticeable buttons and sections, with a simple registration and design algorithm. The project functions successfully as a mobile application, too.
